The Ormsby Hype Ando San Signature GTR 6 from the Run 16 series is a 6-string multiscale electric guitar that comes with high-quality custom-made hardware from Hipshot and has plenty of scope for low tunings with innovative fanned frets. The swamp ash body is complemented by a laminated wenge neck, while the highlight of the Hype Ando San Signature is the flamed maple multiscale fingerboard. The scale length ranges from 25.5" - 27.5", which means that deep drop tunings can be played wonderfully without the sound sounding muddy - at the same time, the overtones shine through the shortened scale length in a perfect dynamic ratio, making fast solos crisp and easy to play. At the heart of the multiscale guitar are the pickups: a Hot Rock humbucker in the bridge position and a De La Creme neck humbucker in the neck position. The high Output of both humbuckers enables particularly aggressive high-gain in low tunings, which ensures a massive low-end.
