Taylor's 200 Series:

Taylor's 200 series guitars are the advanced player's instrument and come with a solid spruce top in combination with a selection of layered rosewood, koa or sapele bodies. Offered body shapes are the Grand Auditorium and Dreadnought guitar.

Compared to regular models, deluxe series guitars boast several upgrades. Deluxe features include small diamond inlays instead of dots, Rosewood truss rod covers and a Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case. Electroacoustic guitars are equipped with the state-of-the-art Expression System 2 featuring three separate sensors.

Grand Auditorium Body:

Taylor's missing link between the famous Dreadnought and the slim Grand Concert shape, merging into an agile but powerful sounding guitar. Thick and authentic tone when strummed or fingerpicked.

Expression System 2:

The Expression System 2 upgrades the regular ES-System. Its transducers are now installed behind the saddle. Instead of picking up the saddle's vertical motion, the ES-2 relies on horizontal vibration. The results are a warm and complex tone with piano-like basses and balanced trebles.
