The EJ19 set offers a hybrid gauge that combines medium gauge bottom strings for increased resonance and volume with light gauge top strings for more comfortable playability and single note bending. These strings are constructed with a carefully drawn, hexagonally-shaped, high-carbon steel core that are precision wound with corrosion resistant phosphor bronze for a warm, bright and well balanced acoustic tone.
