For the solid-body electric guitar from the Inspired by Gibson collection, only high-quality components from renowned manufacturers such as Graph Tech, CTS and Switchcraft are used, while two genuine Gibson BurstBuckers from US production provide first-class humbucker sounds. furthermore, the instrument comes in the noble Aged Sixties Cherry Finish already from the factory in the stylish hardshell Case with brown Tolex cover and silver Epiphone logo.

The one-piece neck is also made of mahogany and resonantly glued. With its slim taper C profile, it provides the best conditions for implementing the most modern playing techniques on the 22-fret fretboard made of Indian Laurel.
Gibson USA BurstBucker pickups
For the Epiphone 1961 Les Paul SG Standard, Gibson USA provides two BurstBucker humbuckers familiar from the high-quality Gibson line-up. The two dual coils are classic replicas of the legendary PAF humbuckers and rely on Alnico II magnets to add warmth to the sonic character of both humbuckers. Both pickups are controlled by high-quality CTS potentiometers with genuine Mallory capacitors, while the US-made Switchcraft output jack ensures reliable and first-class signal transmission.
