Among them the Les Paul has the typical mahogany construction with a glued neck, which is the basis for the singing sound with long sustain. With the flat 1960s Slim Taper D profile, the neck also fits comfortably in the hand, so that every solo and riff can be easily handled between the 22 frets of the rosewood fingerboard when playing electric guitar.
