The Fame KSTD55-G Kids Steel Tongue Drum 5,5" Pentatonic C is a compact steel tongue drum for kids with 6 tones. This sonorous instrument for children offers six crystal clear tones in Pentatonic C, i.e. C/D/E/G/A/C'. The soothing sound is soft, yet powerful and clean. The flowing and bell-like character is perfect for meditative occasions or to introduce children to music and sound generation in a playful way. Traditionally, steel tongue drums are struck with the fingers. The Fame KSTD55-G Kids Steel Tongue Drum produces a dry, organic sound. The included mallets promise a higher basic volume and distinct overtones. Although the diameter is only 5.5" (14 cm), the Fame KSTD55-G Kids Steel Tongue Drum 5.5" presents an exceptionally assertive basic level.
The clear sound can be used in many ways, making it ideal for calming and meditation, e.g. during sound therapy or simply at home. Of course adults can also play on the Fame Steeldrum.
