The active DuoTone system consists of an Under Saddle pickup and an additional integrated microphone and offers crystal clear and low-noise sounds thanks to its modern preamp design. For the piezo pickup, Nautilus uses a soft, flexible material that adjusts the volume differences between the strings for a balanced sound. Mix both sound sources individually using the discreetly hidden controls in the sound hole to get the ideal sound on stage or in the studio at any time.
