12" - 16" compound radius and Gotoh Custom 510 Tremolo
The Charvel Super-Stock SD1 comes with an alder body and a bolt-on maple neck. The maple fingerboard is equipped with 22 frets and is defined by a 12" - 16" compound radius, allowing chords and riffs to be played comfortably close to the nut, while high-pitched lead solos can be tackled cleanly thanks to the wider radius. Furthermore, the electric guitar is equipped with a Gotoh Custom 510 tremolo, which can be used for artistic vibrato accents. In addition, the Charvel branded Gotoh die-cast Locking tuners provide reliable tuning stability and allow a secure tonality even after extensive tremolo use.
Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6
The Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6 humbucker in the bridge position provides a rich Output and guarantees a great sound for hard genres from hard rock to metal. Although the Charvel Super-Stock SD1 only uses one pickup, it is suitable for warm clean sounds as well as rich high-gain sounds. In addition to present mids and clear highs, defined basses also come through cleanly, providing a balanced frequency image for all genres.
