The Fame Custom Handpan Chinese Silver D-Kurd is an elegant steel handpan in matt silver Finish with 12 notes. It has twelve notes and produces a balanced and powerful tone in 440 Hz. The Fame handpan is played with the fingers by striking the differently tuned playing surfaces. The diameter of the handpan is 22" (55 cm), so it can be played comfortably on the lap. The D-curve of the Fame handpan comes with the following notes: D3// A3/BB3/C4/D/E/F/G/A/C5/D5/F5.In contrast to the otherFameCustom handpans , it has no bottom notes, i.e. all the notes are on the top. This allows for a creative playing style. The meditative, calming tone can be used for therapeutic purposes as well as for meditation. A bag is included in the scope of delivery.
Custom handpan from Fame in 440 Hz
The central fundamental tone of handpans is in the middle, surrounded in a circle by a choir of sound fields. The individual playing surfaces are under pressure and are tuned by hand to 440 Hz; if the sound fields are struck briefly with the finger, the entire handpan is set in vibration and a linear, spherical tone with singing sustain is produced.
