I bought this because sending/taking my guitar to a professional to set it up or maintain it costs too much money. I believe it is much more useful in the long run to learn and do it yourself because in the end, you are the one playing the guitar.
This kit has pretty much all you need for a basic to semi-pro setup. You may need different size allen keys for different guitars though...

While I have given the product 4 stars, it should be said that the tools are well made and will last. It's a pretty basic set of tools and will do general set-ups on most guitars. As I already have other guitar tools this is a nice little kit to keep my Fenders set-up.
