The Gibson Slash Anaconda Burst Les Paul is a loving reproduction of the prototypes Slash used during the 2016 and 2017 Guns N 'Roses touring. Under the distinctive, deep green "Anaconda Burst" finish is a historically correct Les Paul, adapted to Slash’s personal preferences. The neck has a powerful "Slash Custom Taper" profile, whilst Seymour Duncan Humbucker pickups with Alnico II magnets deliver a typical juicy hard rock sound.

A one-piece mahogany body with a second-layered "Plain Top" maple top, is combined with a mahogany neck equipped with a long neck Tenon joint and rosewood fingerboard. Through the exclusive use of hot hide glue, a harmonic sound development and an endlessly singing sustain are guaranteed. A powerful "Custom Slash Taper" profile provides a comfortable foundation for driving riffs and endless solos.

Two Seymour Duncan humbuckers, equipped with Alnico II magnets, delivers a perfectly matched output with "Appetite for Destruction Crunch", giving riffs a well-measured midrange spectrum bringing solos with a burning sustain to life. With a warm vintage sound, you can resolve chords or arpeggios finely whilst sounding harmonic in the overdrive channel.

Slash has also chosen a classic hardware package, providing unrivalled reliability with a tried and tested combination of the Gibson ABR-1 Tune-o-Matic and the aluminium stopbar tailpiece. This allows for an exact intonation and a flat string to be adjusted, whilst Kluson Deluxe tuning machines ensure precise and stable tuning.
