Accordingly, the acoustic guitar in Grand Auditorium construction has a body made entirely of mahogany, while the mahogany top has a particularly strong flame and is finished with a multi-ply body binding.
Sound and Hardware
The result is an extremely warm and vocal sound, which is ideal for blues fingerpickers and gives fans of the more dark and round sound character their money's worth. Combined with a classic GA build with Cutaway, the GA 60C Flamed Mahogany also produces a wide dynamic range and comfortable handling with pleasant access to the highest registers of the walnut fingerboard. For reliable tuning stability and clean intonation of all six strings, six die-cast tuners in black finish and a compensated bridge inlay are provided.
