The Dual RVG or Random Voltage Event Generator by AJH Synth is a faithful replica of the EMS Random Voltage Generator from 1973. The module continuously generates two random voltages that can be varied in time and additionally assigned a voltage offset. The voltages of channel 1 can also be smoothed with the Slew parameter. The module gets its tempo from its own clock generator, which also provides the tempo for the LFO; triangle and sawtooth are available in parallel. The pulse width of the generated random voltages can be influenced manually and via control voltage. Whoever appreciates and needs only partly predictable modulations with random character will be very happy with this unusual random generator.
