Connected to a computer via the USB port, your HyperDeck Studio HD Mini acts like a webcam and you can use any video software.
The HyperDeck Studio HD Mini from BlackMagic Design is a professional broadcast deck for recording and output with SD cards and SSDs. The smallest of the HyperDeck Studio models, it has the form factor of the Teranex Minis. The modular design allows three HyperDeck Studio HD Minis to be installed in a Teranex Mini Rack Shelf on one rack width. Alternatively, place the Minis alongside other products such as mixers, converters or streaming processors.
The new design HyperDeck Studios offer more codecs and quieter cooling. All models now support H.264, Apple ProRes and DNxHD files with PCM or AAC audio. The 4K model even supports H.265 files! You can drag recordings from your disc to any computer and edit the files with your favorite video software. For ISO recordings, internal timecode and clock generators allow you to synchronize multiple recorders. All these powerful features make HyperDeck Studios ideal for broadcast, live production and multi-screen digital signage.
