Last but not least it Fender American Professional Nashville Telecaster MN Butterscotch Blonde is equipped with a String -Through- Body -bridge and Fender Standard Cast/Sealed mechanics.
Up until recently you could only purchase a MIM Nashville Telecaster in Europe. This limited edition Californian made Professional edition plugs that gap (while they last). With 5 way switching and a whole array of alternative sounds available from combining the 3 available pickups I fail to understand why Nashville Telecasters are not more popular with Tele players?... At this price point I could not fault this guitar. In fact the only two issues are Poly finish and use of standard USA tuners (locking would have been better). The latter is easily rectified.. The set up and playability was 100% out of the box from DV247. Highly recommended.
I had a Mexican Telecaster Nashville a few years back and traded it against another guitar - regretted it pretty much instantly....
Always liked the tonal range that gives you both Tele & Strat sounds, but without the floating Strat bridge (out of tune as soon as you lose a string...).
Went for the American build this time - it's definitely a considerable step up - the woods must be better because the whole thing just resonates (you can feel it even without plug-in) and the electronics are definitely superior. The neck is a little fatter than the Mex, but someone has added some magic in here, because it has so much scope for those "grabbed" chords low down and so much space up at the 12th. Spooky.
The low noise Pups work a treat.
An amazing piece of kit. Worth twice the price of a Mex?? Oh yes..!
