Comfortable offset alder body & 24" short scale scale length
The Fender Player II Mustang draws its unique charm from its special construction. This combines a particularly compact offset body made of solid alder with a bolt-on maple neck and a shortened 24" scale, so that not only chords are comfortable to pick up, but bending is also particularly easy. On the back, the neck has a slim Modern C neck profile, which ensures a comfortable playing feel for the fretting hand and, thanks to the satin-finished back of the neck, extremely pleasant layer changes on the rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets.

In contrast to the classic Mustang, the Player II Mustang MN Hialeah Yellow offers a particularly straightforward electric layout that provides the right sound options at all times. To select the two Fender Player Series Alnico V Mustang single coils, a toggle switch with three switching positions is available here, which can be used to control the pickups individually or together and provides the diverse sound options of this Mustang.
