Genelecs 7050CPM subwoofer- the successor of the 7050BPM - combines perfectly with the 8010/20/ and 30 monitors and provides impressive bass management withbuilt-in filtering for all connected speakers. Thanks to filtering at 85Hz, the monitors are relieved in the bass range and can deliver a higher resolution. Overall, the system thus achieves a higher sound level. In addition, there are analog inputs and outputs that are perfectly suited for surround sound. An LFEinput up to 120 Hz has also been integrated.
Laminar Spiral Enclosure is the name of Genelec's patented LSE design, which allows powerful deep basswithout flow noise. The Class D power amplifier guarantees high power reserves without distortion, while important adjustments to room acoustics and phase can be made via a dip switch. As soon as no signal is present for a longer period of time, the automatic switch-off is activated in order to save energy efficiently. The 7050CPM also convinces with more compactdimensions and a universal switching power supply.
