Concert-body with solid spruce top, body in maple and Mi-Si pickup
With the Höfner HA-CS7 Acoustic Classic Steel, the traditional German manufacturer Höfner impressively demonstrates that the company can also build sustainable acoustic guitars with an extremely powerful sound. Accordingly, the Green Line series uses exclusively local woods. A solid spruce top, a maple body, an alder neck, a bog oak fingerboard and a wenge bridge are proof of a sustainable building concept. An innovative performance system and meticulous wood selection ensure a charmingly old-fashioned but at the same time unusually rich and dynamic sound. In addition, traditional varnishing techniques from violin making create a handcrafted surface that is only found on intensively played instruments. Furthermore, the fingerboard of the Höfner HA-CS7 Acoustic Classic Steel with a nut width of 45mm leaves plenty of room for fingerstyle. Last but not least, the discreetly built-in active pickup from Mi-Si delivers a natural stage sound.
