7- String electric guitar with cloud maple top, birdseye maple fingerboard and DiMarzio humbuckers, case included
With the Ibanez Prestige RG752MQFXS-TAB Transparent Aqua Blue the Japanese guitar manufacturer presents a 7- String electric guitar, which convinces not Rock only with its versatile sound but also Metal with its outstanding playing comfort and its chic appearance. Two DiMarzio PAF 7s Humbucker on the amplifier provide tight, transparent sounds, while the cloud maple for the top of the mahogany body and the birdseye maple for the fingerboard of the screwed neck provide two particularly precious woods.
The Ibanez RG752MQFXS Transparent Aqua Blue 7 String convinces with versatile sounds and noble optics.
On the screwed maple neck, which is Wenge stabilized from two blocking strips, each reef goes loosely out of the hand.
Stylish woods and outstanding playability
When designing the Ibanez RG752MQFXS Transparent Aqua Blue , Ibanez special attention was paid to outstanding playability and a differentiated basic sound, which also precisely integrates the low H-string. Accordingly, the body is made of mahogany with a cloudy maple top, while the screwed neck is made of maple, which is covered by two hard stripes. Wenge is additionally reinforced. The slim " Wizard-7 " profile together with the flat bird's-eye maple fingerboard on the electric guitar provide the perfect racetrack for fast riffs and virtuoso solos.
Two DiMarzio PAF 7s Humbucker promise versatile Rock - and Metal -sounds, which also reproduce the deep H-string in a differentiated way.
DiMarzio Pickups for differentiated sound diversity
The Ibanez RG752MQFXS uses two DiMarzio PAF 7 Humbucker pickups with moderate output and ceramic magnets for versatile sounds in a wide range between modern and modern sound reproduction. Rock and Metal deliver. Thus both pickups convince with a tight sound, which with well defined basses, high presence in the midrange and silky highs in the Clean -channel as well as in the brute, represents Distortion every note precisely. The low B-string with its lively dynamics and balanced tone development is also integrated into the sound process. The 5-way blade switch, which activates the Humbucker coils in various combinations, provides additional sound variety.
On the headstock of the Ibanez RG 752, Gotoh MG-T Locking mechanics ensure precise tuning and easy string changes.
Fixed bridge and Locking mechanics
The Ibanez RG 752 completes the RG 752 with high quality Hardware strings held to the body by the in-house Standard II-7 Gibraltar bridge, which with its string guide through the body and solid construction supports the even sound development of the 7- electric String guitar. At the same time, string riders with long adjustment ranges guarantee perfect adjustment of intonation and string position even when using thick strings and extreme drop tunings, while the smooth surfaces offer the palm of the hand a comfortable support for Palm Mutes. From there the strings run over a scale length of 25.5" (648 mm) in the direction of the headstock, where they are led over the saddle to the Gotoh MG-T Locking machine heads. These convince with high precision and long-lasting tuning stability, while at the same time making string changing much easier.
The Ibanez RG752MQFXS Transparent Aqua Blue comes in a matching Ibanez hard Case shell.

Ibanez Prestige RG752MQFXS-TAB Transparent Aqua Blue
I bought this guitar after talking to the staff of Music Store. I was searching for a quality instrument and it was my first seven string. After getting all the info I needed i did a leap of faith and bought it without even seeing from close before it came to my house by mail. Its craftmanship is impecable, not even one blemish. Nothing at all, Ibanez should be proud of their Prestige Line quality control. Sound wise I feared of being a only trick metal pony. I couldnt have been more wrong, the guitar is very versatile and can go from clean straty tones to modern gain. The pickups are great but wont do extreme metal (which is fine by me) but if you have a modern heavy amp or pedals it can go there easily. Its looks are great. Looks for a more expensive instrument if you ask me and it can look differently based from the light angle (from deep blue to light green). It comes with a sturdy Ibanez case and an Ibanez setup multitool. All in all a great instrument, it can stand next to my other guitars with grace. A perfect guitar for rock/progressive/fusion tones with out beeing a metal-only axe. Its kinda pricey but its totaly worth it.
