The Randall Diavlo RD20H Guitar Valve Amplifier Head is a powerful 20 Watt all-valve amplifier head features three 12AX7 tubes and two 6V6 power tubes. With boost on both channels, this neat and dynamic amp head offers a crisp, full tone. From 1 watt to 100 watts the RD/Diavlo Series is direct and to the point - GAIN & TONE: That’s it, that’s what it’s about. Void of useless features, Randall put their focus into horsepower under the hood where it counts.
Don Randall partnered with Leo Fender in 1946 to develop, market and distribute Fender instruments and amplifiers. In 1970, he founded Randall Amplifiers with a focus on the technology surrounding the use of solid-state circuits instead of vacuum tubes. Many of these early FET transistor circuits are still the benchmark for solid-state amps to this day.

Assembly, no complaints, everything is perfect.
About volume: you can play quietly, I do at home in the evenings. Rehearsals for the perfect choice.
Of the minuses perhaps only a general equalizer for both channels. The lack of reverb, although I personally do not need it too much.
Personally for me - its the best tube amp its price category.
