The Rickenbacker 360/12 Jetglo has been a staple of the traditional Californian company's lineup since 1963. Originally developed for electrified folk music, the characteristic jingle-jangle sound of the twelve-string semi-hollow electric guitar with two Rickenbacker Hi-Gain single coils inspired beat and rock guitarists like George Harrison, Mike Campbell and Tom Petty to musical heights. In addition to the typical Rickenbacker-style maple body with resonance chambers, the handy 12-string electric guitar has a glued maple neck whose slim profile guarantees comfortable handling. Last but not least, twelve Schaller Mini tuners and a Rickenbacker 6-saddle bridge with a chic R-tailpiece complete the 360/12 Jetglo by Rickenbacker.

The Rickenbacker 360/12 Jetglo has been part of the Californian company's line-up since the sixties and convinces with harmonic 12-string sounds.

Beneath the black Jetglo high-gloss finish, the 360/12 hides a maple body and neck.

Traditional Semi-Hollow Guitar in Rickenbacker Design

Kept in the classic Rickenbacker style of the Sixties, the 360/12 features a maple body with generous resonance chambers that, combined with the twelve strings, delivers the signature jingle-jangle sound with an airy, natural chorus effect. The glued maple neck with its slim profile and 41.4 mm nut width offers buttery smooth playing characteristics on the Caribbean Rosewood fingerboard, in which naturally Triangle inlays mark the positions.

Two Rickenbacker Hi-Gain single-coils provide brilliant vintage sounds with the natural chorus of the six pairs of strings at the guitar amp.

The electrical tone conversion of the 360/12 is done by two Rickenbacker Hi-Gain Single-Coils. When plugged into a guitar amp, the semi-hollow 12-string guitar delivers brilliant vintage tones that capture the broad sound of the six string choirs with lively dynamics, supporting expressive guitar playing. To customize the sound, there are separate volume and tone controls for each pickup, as well as the typical Rickenbacker mixer pot for setting a sound preset. In addition, the Rickenbacker 360/12 is equipped with the Rick-O-Sound jack, which transmits the signals of both pickups in stereo mode to separate amps in addition to the classic mono mode.

Compact headstock despite twelve tuners: The Schaller M6 Mini tuners of the 360/12 Jetglo are placed in a typical Rickenbacker arrangement.

Last but not least, the Rickenbacker 360/12 Jetglo is equipped with high-quality and reliable hardware for unhindered studio and tour use. On the compact headstock, twelve Schaller Mini tun ers in the typical Rickenbacker arrangement ensure precise and stable tuning of every string. On the body sits furthermore a Rickenbacker 6-saddle bridge with cover and elegant "R" tailpiece.
