The Sterling by Music Man StingRay Ray35HH (Daphne Blue) is a 5-String Electric Bass which combines all the virtues of the StingRay Electric Bass, with particularly versatile Bass Sounds, 2x Pick-Ups and Active Electronics. This Bass has a Body made of Mahogany that sits comfortably on the player thanks to Modern Contouring, and a sturdy Roasted Maple Neck in a handy profile.
Classic Construction
In terms of construction, Sterling uses a Mahogany Body and a 6-Screwed Roasted Maple Neck, which is insensitive to climatic fluctuations due to the Thermal Treatment. The Slim Neck Profile offers optimal playing conditions via the 22-Fret Roasted Maple Fingerboard.
Managed via a 5-Way Blade Switch, the 2x Alnico Humbuckers deliver a wide Pick-Up Sound Spectrum, with the typical StingRay Character and a Clean Output B-String. The Active 3-Band EQ allows furthermore to precisely adjust the sound. High-quality Hardware in the form of a Sterling Bass Bridge and precise Open Gear Tuners complete the configuration of the StingRay Ray35HH Electric Bass.
