A small, compact and travel-ready western guitar with a stunning mahogany top, sides and back in laminated mahogany and the ES-2 pickup.
The Natural 2016 Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany convinces not only with a beautiful appearance, but also with a warm and powerful sound, both acoustic and amplified.
With its relatively small body, the Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany Natural 2016 is a real sound wonder.
The mahogany ceiling of the Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany Natural 2016 provides for extremely warm middles
The GS Mini body and its advantages:
The GS Mini body is a smaller and handier version of the Grand Symphony bodies and is ideal for all playing styles. It Mini is extremely pleasant to play with and its size makes it ideal for both on the road and in between. The in-house Expression 2 System also makes it a fully-fledged stage guitar.
The curved back of Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany Natural 2016 bundles the sound to a sound hole
The acoustic sound and the playability:
The GS Mini models are among the most popular acoustic guitars in the Taylor range and are the perfect "anytime" and "anywhere" guitar due to their outstanding playability. Since it GS Mini exclusively uses mahogany as sound wood in the body area, its sound acquires a somewhat more central and contoured character, which ideally complements the small body and makes up for the lack of volume through more resonance and power. A balanced sound with plenty of room for variation!
Die-cast mechanics ensure tuning stability and precise tuning
The Expression System 2 :
Taylor's own Expression System 2 ensures a balanced sound transmission and gives the player sufficient control over the bass, treble and volumesettings via the controls on the upper frame.
The Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany Natural 2016 comes inclusive Taylor Deluxe Softcase
The Taylor GS Mini-e Mahogany Natural 2016 at a glance:
I took a chance ordering the GS MINI KOA without having played one, based on YouTube videos and reviews I read, and I wasn't wrong on doing so!! What an awesome inspiring instrument! The Koa compressed sound and looks of this guitar are unparalleled! Taylor quality, very comfortable to play and it sounds better than my Epiphone jumbo guitar, both acoustic and plugged in. I have about 6 acoustic-guitars and this is by far the best sounding one. Very pleased with the purchased, very happy with the service received and the extended warranty by DV247.
The koa also sounds (in my opinion) way better than all the other gs mini versions, if you are considering one of these beauties, I truly believe you should go ahead and take the plunge!!

What a fanatastic instrument. The small body (with such a big sound) is perfect for my small body (I'm only five feet, six inches in height) and the 3/4 scale is great too. The nut width and fret spacings are not inhibitory in any way and make stretching for those big chords doable even for my 'sausage' fingers. Everything about the instrument shouts 'quality'; from the satin sheen of the finish to solid and resonant 'clunk' when you plug in the guitar lead - the pick-up/amplification is really true to the unplugged acoustic sound. I've run out of room and superlatives. Thoroughly recommended.
