Noise-free amplification - punchy clear sound
The high-quality Xenyx microphone preamps, which are also used in many other Behringer products, feature an extremely low distortion factor with a smoke floor of an incredible 130 dB and solid headroom. The microphone inputs feature a simple-to-operate but effective compressor that can be controlled with one knob and compensates for extreme level differences without creating artifacts. Condenser microphones are powered by the switchable 48 V phantom power.
The EQ sound of the 70s
Besides the microphone channels, the two line-level stereo inputs also benefit from the practically designed EQs with the warm sound of classic British mix consoles. For the use of effects units, one aux send control per channel is available, the effects return path is fed back into the console via the adjustable stereo aux return input. An analog 2-track connection with inputs and outputs in RCA format, is used for recording with external devices or as an additional play-in path, which can be switched individually to the main mix or control room/phones outputs.
