The L5T-112 is a 5 watt Single-Ended, Class 'A' tube combo loaded with a 12" Celestion G12H 70th Anniversary driver to give the ultimate boutique guitar tone.
The Laney L5T-112 Guitar Tube Amplifier Combo is designed to deliver the ultimate tone of a tube being pushed hard - warm and expressive, at an output level which can be used in everyday environments.
The Laney L5T112 provides the evocative, classic tones of hot tubes pushed hard, but at a volume level your neighbours can live with! Featuring the purest of designs - 'single-ended' Class A output achieved with a single EL84, driven from 3x 12AX7 preamp tubes.
The Laney The L5T-112 also features gold plated PCB's and jack sockets. Sealed gold contact relays are used in all signal paths for minimum sound coloration, and the amp comes fitted with the renowned "Type 4" large spring line reverb for the classic guitar reverb sound. Each L5T-112 features a hand stamped 'build number' in the order they come off the Laney production line, and comes with a custom made 'Lionheart Series' dust cover.

Even though this amp is a 5W, its loud enough for home playing and recording, and even small gigs too.
Its well built (handmade in Great Britain) and has all the out and inputs you need (fx loop, 2 inputs, ...) also theres a vast amount of knobs, so you get all the knobs you need.
The reverb tank is pretty good, not as high quality as a fender reverb, but it has its own touch.
It comes with a footswitch to switch between the clean and drive channel as well as a cover.
The sound is very good, the cleans are transparant and warm (imo), and the drive is really "british" which I love.
It takes pedals very well and responds to the smallest changes on your pedals and guitar.
A little bit expensive, however imo it beats the vox AC15, so yeah, worth the money.
I really wanted to like this amp as it looks great and its well built, but in terms of sound it leaves a lot to be desired. The clean channel is harsh and lifeless, lacking projection, while the gain channel reminded me of early solid state amps. No chime or warmth. The effects loop is quiet, but reverb/delay pedals sounds bad through it. Try before you buy.
