Clara D1+ from Marian is a sound system specially designed for continuous operation in small desktop or server computer housings. It offers a digital AES/EBU interface and high-quality switchable sample rate converters that enableflexible integration into professional environments such as broadcasting and mastering. Thanks to its low-profile format, it fits perfectly into mini and server housings, while an additional long slot bracket also allows it to be used in standard housings.
Flexible digital signal processing
Clara D1+ allows any digital input signal to be fed in regardless of its sample rate and clock settings thanks to the software-switchable sample rate converter. This makes it easier to connect different digital devices without separate synchronization lines.
Extended connection options
The sound system has a word clock input and output as well as two MIDI inputs and outputs. The expansion card is connected to the sound card via a ribbon cable and can be placed in a free slot in the computer housing.

With a resolution of 24 bit / 192 kHz and balanced XLR connectors, Clara D1+ delivers a detailed and dynamic audio performance. The switchable input SRCs achieve a dynamic range of 144 dB, while the ultra-low jitter of less than 1 ns ensures precise synchronization.
