The Schecter Simon Gallup Ultra Spitfire Bass is the solidbody version of the signature bass for longtime Cure bassist Simon Gallup. Based on a particularly resonant neck-thru construction, the Thin-C profile of the multi-striped neck made of maple and walnut offers the best playing characteristics, which are not impaired by any annoying neck heel, even in the high fingerboard positions. Two passive EMG TBHZ humbuckers on the amplifier provide a wide range of possible sounds. Both pickups can be mixed continuously via separate volume controls to produce all conceivable sounds between neck and bridge. The Schecter Simon Gallup Ultra Spitfire Bass is completed by a Tune-o-Matic bridge with matching stopbar, four Grover tuners and a unique Simon Gallup artwork in red and black.
