Sequencer and automatic accompaniment

The linear recording function proves to be very helpful when practicing new pieces. With it you can not only inspect yourself but also replace the third and fourth hand on the instrument when playing alone. Dual & Split Mode for the keyboard divide the keyboard into two areas, so that either two different sounds are spread over the keyboard at the same time playable or that two different sounds sound at the same time. A metronome can be switched on at any time for rhythmic orientation. So that the first successes can be seen and heard soon, the DP-200 offers an automatic accompaniment with chord function, which has some scales and variations and is a good help when learning to play with both hands. The auto accompaniment also includes the 200 installed rhythms and 100 demo songs.

USB-MP3 Player

Another highlight of the DP-200 is the integrated USB MP3 player! On a (separately available) USB stick you can save a few favorite songs to which you want to practice and play while the song is playing. Since the MP3 player also works independently, the DP-200 is also a stereo speaker for playing MP3 songs.

Practical piano stand

Precisely matched to the dimensions of the DP-200, this stand gives the digital piano a secure hold and the player a comfortable position at the instrument. The slim design discreetly blends the instrument into the living space without making it look clunky. The stand can be assembled in a few minutes without any technical expertise.

Permanently integrated triple pedal

Permanently integrated in the stand of the DP-200 are the three pedals for sustain, Soft and sostenuto. Thanks to these smooth-running pedals, accentuated playing is possible and additionally more expressive possibilities are given.

Connections

The stereo output is used to connect the instrument to a mixing console, audio interface or home stereo system. The stereo input is intended for connecting a smartphone or CD player and integrating the music from it into the exercises. Thanks to two headphone outputs with 6.3mm jack, it is possible to play and practice undisturbed in duet at any time of the day. The USB port allows the DP-200 to be connected to a computer and used as a master keyboard with music software (DAW). The MIDI inputs and outputs allow interaction with other MIDI equipment such as a sound expander or a sequencer.
