The Evans Genera HD 13 Dry Snare Head is a clear drum head. The Genera 13 yields an aggressive rimshot and balanced response. This durable two-ply head (7.5mil external, 5mil internal) with 2mil overtone control ring provides a great sound live, yet is ideal for the studio. The addition of small vents around the perimeter of the dry version eliminate additional overtones and create a more focused sound. All Evans heads feature the Level 360 Collar. This collar ensures a balanced contact around the bearing edge of the shell, making tuning an absolute breeze and enhancing the sound quality by allowing the head to better resonate though out your drum shell.
