The Fame Pro Series RPM 10S is an active subwoofer and perfectly compliments the RPM active monitors to provide a full-range monitoring system.
The Fame Pro Series RPM 10S features a 10" woofer with an output of 200 watts. The speaker is housed in a solid reflex cabinet and has a frequency response of 45Hz to 160Hz. The rear of the unit has inputs for left and right XLR and jack connections, as well as left and right jack outputs. There are controls for Volume, Crossover and Phase.

Kinda liked it in the beginning but now I feel it's lacking in the area it should perform (sub bass). I've tested quite a few subwoofers in this area: Mackie cr8, Adam T10s, Prodipe 10. And this one. For 200 quid you won't find better unit. But add extra 100 and get a Prodipe. You need that low end power to move your body and this unit only goes as low as 45 Hz, compared to Prodipe's 36 Hz. And those 10 Hz makes a lot of difference. Even with lower power you can feel the vibe with your body. So yeah, you get what you pay for. If you need a boomy boombox - get this one, if you want that real bass feeling where you can feel picking the strings of Double Bass - add more money and go with something more solid.

Cons:
- Ugly screaming yellow where you want to hide sub in the corner
- Pimple look power light. Yeah, it sticks out of the chassis as a pimple. Ugh.
- Lacks low end punch
- Noisy transformer (it even makes noise when sleeping/standby)
- Lacks power (not even sure about 200W of power, more like 100W RMS)
