If you own the akai mpk mini ,you better resale it and get this one ,the feel of the key is very very good ,the arpegiator is way better and superior , It is so easy to programme the editor ,and when you open the editor to programme it you don t need to load a vst ,it already has a own piano sound to adjust your parameter. It is not a 5 star product but more like a 6 star...a must have
Just got a box, open it, and 8 of 32 keys was not working. Took it to repairing shop, diagnosis is broken cable! Ok, after repair I took it back to home and after 15 min of use one more problem. Now octave shift buttons and two pads not working. Took it back to workshop, this time they found that there is a micro crack on a circuit board and to fix it it will cost double price for keyboard itself.
I already had a Miditech mini keyboard but the sensitivity was not good. In this model you can program 3 sensitivities levels so it is better and there are other functions which are nice but I don't use them much. The feeling of the keys could be better though but I guess that in small keyboards you don't get great keys.
