The Yamaha Kick Unit KU100 Electric Drum Kit Kick Pad is a kick unit for E-Drums, which features a reduced kick noise, dynamic address, and weighs just 1.3kg. The KU100 was specially developed for use at home. It reduces the sound of the foot stomp which is normally a byproduct of playing the bass drum and thereby reduces excessive noise. It is also allows for the differentiation between different dynamic levels creating a more realistic play feeling. This unit is designed to reduce the physical sound of playing the bass drum and especially the vibration to downstairs spaces when you are playing above others.

Yamaha Kick Unit KU100 It does the job, but it feels a bit cheap and is quite soft compared to a real kick pedal. I actually thought the pedals that came with the dd75 were fine and this was a bit unnecessary. Unpopular opinion, I know.
