If you want to upgrade from your Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual WITHOUT an active (valid) Updates & Support Plan to the latest Pro Tools Studio version, you can do so with a Reinstatement Upgrade. This also applies to older Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual versions (from 9 upwards).
