Behringer 's rack-mountable RX1602 V2 mixer lets you effortlessly achieve top-notch sound quality thanks to 16 balanced, ultra-low noise line inputs that can be used for 8 stereo inputs, 16 mono inputs, or any combination thereof. This high level of versatility makes the RX1602 V2 a versatile line mixer suitable for both your live performances and studio recordings. The line mixer is perfect for submixing multiple keyboards, sound modules and samplers - and is a must-have for monitoring your multitrack recording projects!

The RX1602 V is equipped with all the necessary features to create the right Mix for your sound, including 16 high-headroom inputs (8 Stereo or 16 mono) that can be used for individual line-level instruments or component outputs. Thanks to the Ultra-Low-Noise (ULN) High-Headroom design, you can operate up to 16 inputs without the slightest trace of clipping distortion, even at very high signal levels - meaning your precious audio content will have the highest level of signal integrity and absolute transparency.

Control

Each dual-input channel features individual balance and level controls, as well as an illuminated dual-function mute button with an integrated clip LED that makes it easy to set optimal signal levels. You also get highly accurate dual 7-segment LED level meters and individual level controls for the left and right main mix. For added flexibility, the monitor/FX signal can be assigned to the headphones. And if you want to add vocals to Mix, simply connect a high-quality mic preamp (such as our MIC100 or MIC2200, not included) and sing to your heart's content!

Connectors

All of the mixer's 6.3 mm jack inputs are on the rear panel, as are the main L/R outputs, which are ideal for routing the mix to your recording equipment or PA system. Use the monitor output to send the monitor bus signal to your live performance monitors or to the headphone amplifier in the recording studio. Alternatively, the Monitor Out is the best way to add effects to your Mix - just connect it to the input of your effects processor and the output back to any input of your RX1602 V2.
