The new Fame Koa Tenor Cutaway electro-acoustic ukulele represents true craftsmanship "Made in Europe" with its fine workmanship and selection of the finest materials. Its lightweight construction consisting of a matte finish and a solid koa body produces a fast-responding tone interspersed with powerful and warm midrange frequencies. The coarse-grained wood offers the player not only a unique look, but also a strong dynamic response, so that even single notes are developed quickly and perfectly. A flat neck with an acacia fingerboard, in combination with a cutaway, a scale length of 440 mm and a nut width of 35 mm, provides easy access to all 18 frets, which intonate cleanly thanks to a conscientiously crafted bridge inlay. Open tuners also allow for precise tuning of the four nylon strings, which can be supported by the integrated tuner of the high-quality side preamp. The overall appearance is rounded off by a matte open-pore finish that allows the observer a deep insight into the multifaceted grain of the koa wood.
