Mesa Boogie Express 5:25+ Combo

The Mesa Boogie Express 5:25+ Guitar Amplifier Combo is one of the most popular Mesa ranges, thanks in part to its easy to navigate and intuitive interface. Like its bigger brother, the 5:50+, these amps are hand-built and all-tube valve units. The feature set of the 5:25+ is now in a place where it nearly matches the flagship Mark V model.

The 5:25+ has two fully independent channels, each with two switchable modes, and the Mesa Multi-Watt technology found on all Mesa Boogie top line amplifiers and heads. Multi-Watt offers selectable power wattage per channel, in this case 5W, 15W or 25W, which genuinely changes the feel of any given dialled-in tones. This is due to the unique circuitry routed to each of these three settings, and delivers instant tone choices in a quick scan format. The 25W selection will give the largest headroom and definition, whilst the smaller wattages carry more vintage infused sounds.

An all-tube reverb effect comes as standard on the 5:25, each channel with its own controls to get the blend exactly where it needs to be.

A 5-band slider EQ section gives unprecedented choice and definition in arriving at your chosen tone. The EQ section can also switch between the slider configuration and a preset V-scoop option with depth knob, and is selectable per channel.

Channel 1 switches between Clean and Crunch.

Channel 2 switches between Blues and Burn.
