PRS CE 24 Satin screw neck and Satin finish
For the construction of the PRS CE 24 Satin instrument the traditional screw-neck construction is used PRS , which promises a crisp attack with a long sustain. The body is made of mahogany, the light tint of which is perfectly matched to the solid maple top in a noble Trampas Green finish. The neck is also classically made of maple and carries an ebony fingerboard in which the typical Bird inlays provide for best orientation between the 24 frets. The wafer-thin applied Satin finish is also a guarantee for unhindered vibration unfolding.
PRS 85/15 Humbucker
The electric sound conversion is PRS CE 24 Satin Trampas Green done by an original PRS USA 85/15 bass Humbucker on the neck and an PRS USA 85/15 treble Humbucker on the bridge. These pickups were personally developed by Paul Reed Smith and reflect the more than 30 years of experience of the American noble manufacturer in pickup construction. Accordingly, they convince with a broadband sound image on the amplifier, which with deep bass foundation, multi-faceted mid-range and a radiant treble spectrum provides the perfect basis for almost any musical style. PRS Hardware

On the body sits the well-proven PRS Tremolo one, whose smooth handling and high tuning stability animate to decorate chords and melodies with gently shimmering modulations of the pitch. With the typical PRS bore of exactly 25" or 635 mm, the strings are guided from the headstock towards the headstock, where the PRS Phase II Locking tuners promise a precise and stable tuning.
