Victory V40 Deluxe: Single-channel preamp with versatile voicing

At the heart of the Victory V40 Deluxe is the single-channel preamp, which offers a surprisingly wide range of tones thanks to two different voicings. Voicing I delivers a warm and particularly clear American-style clean tone, while Voicing II is edgier with just the right amount of "dirt" to increase assertiveness and expression. To adjust the sound, the classic 3-band tone stack and the "Mid Kick" switch are also available.

Tube-based Reverb and Tremolo

In addition, the Victory V40 Deluxe offers a reverb and tremolo effects that invite creative electric guitar playing. The tube-driven spring reverb features Level and Tone controls that allow you to adjust the effect with extreme precision. The spectrum ranges from a subtle three-dimensionality to a reverberant surf sound. The tube-driven tremolo intervenes at the BIAS of the power amp and thus delivers a particularly smooth modulation of the volume, whereby the effect can be adjusted via the controls for Speed and Depth. Accordingly, both gently pulsating sounds and merciless stuttering are on the program.

6L6 power amp with low power mode, Celestion Creamback

The Victory V40 Deluxe's power amp draws up to 42 watts of power from two 6L6 tubes, providing ample volume reserves for rehearsals in the band room or the next gig. Here, the 12" Celestion G12H-75 Creamback promises a punchy guitar sound whose tight bass response and silky treble spectrum perfectly match the amp's character. Thanks to the Low Power mode, the power amp output can also be reduced to 7 watts, so that the tube top can also be used at neighbor-friendly levels within the four walls at home.
