As a classic Super Strat, the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR combines a proven design with optimized handling for agile lightning fingers. While the alder body lies comfortably on the body thanks to the traditionally generous shaping, the graphite-reinforced maple neck promises excellent playing characteristics up to the highest positions of the ebony fingerboard thanks to the "Speed Neck" profile with a compound radius that becomes flatter towards the higher positions.

The tone conversion of the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH FR is handled by two Seymour Duncan USA humbuckers, which are screwed directly to the body wood in direct-mount construction. While the Seymour Duncan '59 humbucker in neck position delivers traditional vintage tones for singing Overdrive and warm clean sounds, the extremely powerful Seymour Duncan JB Trembucker at the bridge provides merciless distortion tones that cut through the Mix with well-measured bite in the mids and highs and sharply delineate every note. While the option for coil split via push/pull switch in the volume control expands the repertoire and transparent single coil sounds, the no-load tone pot promises a particularly direct sound when the treble control is not used.
