Modern design

The Fame Audio Studio C-900 is an elaborately designed condenser microphone in a high quality Mertall housing with a bordeaux red grille. The appearance is stylishly rounded off by an octagonal ground plan and discreet chrome applications on the upper and lower round. The center section of the metal body is painted in a timeless matte black. The colour accent of the grille insert is discreetly set off by the glossy black microfon grill.

Professional sound

The electret capsule of the Studio C-900 delivers a wonderfully open, but not peaky, pleasant sound with the right mix of warmth and transparency: S-sounds are not overemphasized and the proximity effect is not too strong, so that professional microphone discipline is not absolutely necessary. The Studio C-900 also excels in the technical aspects of sound, producing a clean, high-quality result that does not require any post-processing due to dull highs or excessive sterility.

Stylish yet effective

The Studio C-900 comes with an elastic microphone mount with height-adjustable pop filter. The independently developed pop filter consists of a height-adjustable metal grille with a fixed distance from the capsule, making it much easier to set up and record with the Studio C-900 than with a conventional gooseneck pop filter. The filtering effect is at least as effective. The microphone is fixed in the holder by means of clamping screws and safely decoupled from impact sound or other vibrations by the elastic suspension, which can therefore not unintentionally get onto the recording.
