The Fame GN412A Vintage 30 is a Guitar Amplifier Speaker Cabinet, with 240 Watt output, 4x12" celestion Vintage 30 Speakers and an angled front. Road capability at a small price.
The main features of the Fame GN412A Vintage 30 include:
I bought this a few months back for professional use and Im very happy with it. The quality it has for the price it costs is a steal! 4x 12" Celestion Vintage 30 speakers are what makes it excelent, but the box and overall construction quality is also very good and feels solid. The 4 Celestion speakers are made in China, but the sound and quality is there nonetheless, and I opened mine to verify the speakers and theyre indeed what is advertised.
Have been using on rehearsals, live and will use on recording soon too. For the quality vs price I recommend to both beginners who want real stuff and also professionals who want good but affordable equipment.
I bought this cab because i wanted a cheap cab with v30's speakers. First of all is an oversized cab when i compare it with a marshall cab i have been used for years. It sound great and fit excellent with my peavey 6505+ The sound is exactly what i want.
It is a solid construction and of course with cheaper matterials than other expensive cab's. But for this price is a steal!
The only problem i think is the "castors" for this size they have been used bigger or a better quaility.
Btw if you want a cheap 4x12 cab with v30's go for it..... if you want to spent a double or a third ammount of money go for a mesa 4x12 :)
I have been using this cabinet for a while now, and it sounds great. in fact, i think it sounds just like the real deal. my only criticism goes essentially to the coasters that are not sturdy enough for the heavy weight they have to carry.
