With the Hanika 56TU-N 210 4/4 concert guitar and the elm quartet project, Hanika has subjected the elm wood of sides and back and the spruce top to different thermal modification under certain pressure and temperature. The technical parameters change from untempered (native), to weak (V160), medium (V195) to strong (V210) thermomodification (see product variants). This results in different tonal characteristics with the same type of construction. In the spirit of sustainability, Hanika offers with the 56TU-N 210 an exceptional concert guitar from the popular middle class, in which exclusively domestic woods are used. Accordingly, a fine-grained thermo spruce top sits enthroned on a body made of domestic thermo elm and thus provides the Hanika 56TU-N 210 with a balanced and warm sound with excellent color nuances. At the same time, a compensated saddle made of bone delivers optimal resonance transmission, while the gold-plated classical tuners keep the tuning clean. In addition, the flat C-neck profile fits comfortably in the hand while providing soft playability. Last but not least, a gig bag is already included with the Hanika 56TU-N 210.
