Ortega Guitarlele, laminated ebony, open pore finish, mahogany neck, walnut fretboard, bone nut, 435 mm scale length, gold hardware.
With the Ortega RGL5EB Guitarlele, the manufacturer Ortega is expanding its range to include a compact instrument with an unusual ebony look, which is the perfect companion for traveling guitar and ukulele fans. Thanks to its construction of finely laminated ebony, the guitarlele can produce a powerful sound. Due to its short scale length of 435 mm, the instrument comes in a standard A tuning and thus produces the typical sound character of a ukulele. The walnut fingerboard with 18 frets and a nut width of 47 mm enables playability that comes very close to that of a guitar. Its open pore finish, gold-colored tuners and tortoise binding round off the instrument perfectly in every respect.
