Crash and ride cymbals come in a rock design, are slightly heavier and therefore just right for heavy hitters. The lower cymbal of the PST5 Sound Edge Hi-Hat has a serrated edge and delivers crisp and defined sounds.
The abbreviation PST stands for Paiste Sound Technology and refers to a series of pools for beginners and advanced users.
