The Sonnet Solo 10G adapter is a powerful and efficient solution for connecting a computer with a Thunderbolt 3 interface to a 10GBase-T network. Thanks to its RJ45 socket, the adapter enables the use of CAT-6 and CAT-6A cables for reliable connections over distances of up to 100 meters. Thanks to the NBase-T standard, the device also supports transmission rates of 5Gb/s and 2.5Gb/s, allowing flexible use of existing CAT 5e cables.

The robust aluminum housing ensures durability and allows a silent design without a fan. With its compact size, the adapter is ideal for mobile use. Power is supplied directly via the Thunderbolt connection, eliminating the need for a separate power supply unit.

Advanced functions such as Audio Video Bridging (AVB), Energy Efficient Ethernet and various stateless offloads guarantee high efficiency and low CPU load, even for data-intensive applications. The adapter also offers a high level of security thanks to encrypted firmware and automatic protection against tampering. With a maximum packet size of 16,352 bytes and support for Jumbo frames, the adapter offers optimum performance for professional applications.
