Valeton multi-effects unit
The Valeton Dapper Bass is the bass version of the popular Dapper multi-effects pedal and offers a variety of useful effects for bassists. The structure of the Valeton Dapper Bass is divided into five sections. At the beginning of the signal chain is the common Boost/Comp, which can either act as a compressor and compensate for signal peaks during slaps or act as a Boost for additional boost. The following Dirty Q section offers an envelope filter that provides interesting sound effects and an additional switchable fuzz effect. The heart of the Dapper Bass is the bass amp, which acts like a bass amplifier and consists of a 3-band EQ and controls for Volume and gain . The octave section with two independently adjustable additional octaves and a chorus effect complete the signal chain. Furthermore, the Dapper Mini has some useful additional features: the integrated tuner provides an absolute overview of the bass tuning at all times, while the effects loop enables the integration of external effects pedals.
