With the Blackmagic Web Presenter you can "camouflage" SDI - or HDMI video sources as USB webcams to distribute high-quality content via Skype or streaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch.tv, Periscope etc. on the Internet. The Web Presenter has 12G SDI and HDMI inputs, an XLR microphone connector, a HiFi audio input, a Teranex quality downconverter, and a live mixer with two inputs when combined with the optional Teranex Mini Smart Panel.

Blackmagic's Web Presenter is a fast and easy way to deliver live video directly to the web without the need for expensive and complicated streaming encoders. All you need is a video source - e.g. SDI a consumer camera or PC - and you're ready to go. The video tool works with any software that supports videos from webcams. The clue: Computers in this case simply assume that the SDI - or HDMI device is a webcam. Now you can use popular software such as Open Broadcaster or XSplit Broadcaster to stream your events live - even without drivers!
