With the Katana GO, Boss is releasing a portable headphone amplifier that brings the authentic sounds of the Katana amp series with it. The mini amp is simply plugged into the electric guitar input and delivers a whole host of great features despite its compact size. As a practical pocket amp, the Katana GO is the ideal companion for spontaneous jam sessions and offers a gigantic library of amps and effects. With the BOSS Tone Studio app, the possibilities of the Katana GO can be expanded with the smartphone, making sound processing, library organization or music playback possible. Countless features, paired with practical handling, make the Katana GO the perfect amp replacement for your pocket.

Countless features and advanced operation via smartphone

The Boss Katana GO is equipped with a total of 10 amp types, 60 on-board effects and 30 user memory locations, which means that a wide variety of presets are available from the very first time the mini amp is played. There is a separate bass mode for bassists, which offers a total of three amp types and 60 effects. The headphone amp also has a whole host of quality-of-life features: in addition to the OLED screen and an integrated tuner, the Katana GO versatile can be operated via the Boss Tone Studio app, which allows versatile editing of sounds and simplified organization of presets - music playback can also be controlled via smartphone.

Katana GO: take it with you, record and transfer

As a compact headphone amplifier, the Katana GO can not only be used for spontaneous jam sessions but also serves as a practical USB interface. Spontaneous ideas can be recorded directly into music production software on a laptop or smartphone via the USB-C input while on the move. In addition, existing sound settings from other Boss Katana amps can be transferred to the Katana GO, allowing you to take all your preferred settings with you from home. For those who prefer additional external control, the EV-1-WL Wireless MIDI Expression Pedal and the FS-1-WL Wireless Footswitch are both compatible with the Katana GO (both pedals are optional and are not included).
