The Gibson ES-335 Dot 2019 Blues Burst is manufactured in classic semi-acoustic construction and comes with classic appointments of the first models from the late 1950s. Accordingly, the glued mahogany neck carries a rosewood fingerboard with the namesake Dot inlays, while the body consists of three-ply maple poplar laminate and is stabilized by a massive center block. Two '57 Gibson Classic Humbucker also provide the authentic PAF voice with vocal midrange and organic dynamics. In addition, the hand-wired Memphis Tone Circuit plus with Orange drop capacitors allows harmonic treble roll-offs to adjust the timbre. Last but not least, the Gibson ES-335 Dot 2019 comes with authentic Hardware in shape Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, Stopbar tailpiece and Grover Milk Bottle Rotomatic machine heads.
The Gibson ES-335 Dot 2019 Blues Burst comes with the classic appointments of the first ES models, while Gibson MHS II offers Humbucker dynamic PAF sounds for blues, Rock and Jazz promise the classic appointments of the first ES models.
