Global Truss has developed the Silencer, this Silencer is a rubber damper, which is simply put on the truss bolt. This damper reduces the volume when hammering the trusses by half and high frequencies are significantly dampened, these high frequencies arise when metal hits metal. The Global Truss Silencer is manufactured using a special rubber compound that makes the silencer flexible yet hard enough to effectively transfer the force of a hammer and protect the bolt and hammer material. The silencer also protects the traverse when it is lying on the ground. The silencer also hides the silver bolts on black trusses.
